Clear packaging is used for catering companies and restaurants. Trout is packaged singly, however bulk packaging is available on request.

Whole Trout (Bone In)

Our whole trout is gutted and freshly packed in vacuum bags as singles. These products consist of the whole trout 250-350 grams in size or 300 – 350 grams. There are approximately 3 to 4 fish per kilogram, vacuum packed with bones in. Perfect for serving on Buffets and perfectly portioned for per person meals.

Whole Trout (Deboned)

Our whole trout is gutted and carefully deboned, freshly packed in single vacuum bags. Sizes vary from 220 – 245 grams, with approximately 4 fish per kilogram.

Hot Smoked Trout Fillets

Our hot smoked trout fillets are traditionally prepared, smoked and delicately filleted. This product is convenient to use: no deboning, a quick and easy healthy meal. Weights per hot smoked trout fillet vary from 100 – 120 grams, with approximately 9 fish per kilogram.

This products consists of 2 hot smoked trout fillets, deboned and with skin removed for your convenience.

Cold Smoked Rainbow Trout Slices

This Products is conveniently packaged in a gold (hard back) vacuum pack, great for display fridges in Deli's and supermarkets.
